Class purchase, cancellation and waitlists

1. Classes can be purchased as a single (drop in £15) or in class packs (as described on the ‘packages’ page). Each package will have a validity period depending on the amount of classes. Please ensure you are aware of the validity period on your class pack (you can see this at the point of purchase or on the website) any classes left on your class pack after it has expired will be lost.

2. Cancellation of classes (except barre) is 2 hours before the start of the class, otherwise the class will be charged at the class rate.

3. Barre classes have a 10 hour cancellation window as these are very popular, any cancelations after this time will be charged.

4. The waitlist allows for people to join classes in the event of a cancellation. It is the responsibility of the person that put themselves on the waitlist to monitor this and remove from the waitlist, otherwise charges may incur.

5. If a class is cancelled then the class will be returned to your profile on the bsport app to be used again. Refunds are not automatically issued, please contact lyndsey@alignstudio.co.uk if you require help with a refund.

Rehabilitation & Reformer

1. Appointments for Rehabilitation and Reformer are not booked online, these are booked separately with the instructor/therapist.

2. The cancellation policy for one of these appointments is 24hours before the start of the appointment, otherwise a full charge of the appointment can be made.
